Home Inspection Experience In The Industry

We have performed more than 550 home inspections in the last three years, and are frequently called one of the best in Central Arkansas in this industry. We have the experience needed to inspect new homes and older models both, and have inspected homes of many types and sizes. We can handle bungalows, cottages, apartment and multi unit complexes, large estates, mansions, and any other home type and style imaginable.

We work closely with local real estate agents and other professionals, and are often asked to educate and inform them on home related topics. We offer clients an array of related inspection services, as well as a thorough home inspection. These additional services can be scheduled together with a home inspection or each service can be arranged individually.

It will take approximately two to four hours to complete a thorough home inspection, and to create a report of the findings. The inspector will print out the report, together with any relevant color photos, right on the site to be given to the client. The findings are clearly explained, and any questions will be addressed before, during, and even after the inspection is complete.
